The Wuthathi Aboriginal Corporation holds land and waters described in Part A of Schedule 1, and depicted on the plan in Part B of Schedule 1. Their native title rights and interests were recognised in the Wuthathi People #2 Native Title Claim Group determination of 29 April 2015.

The court recognised that the applicants held native title rights and interests. The determination area includes land and waters in the general location of Shelburne Bay and Eastern Cape York and covers approximately 1,181 square kms.
